At VOGRACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that personalized or custom-made apparel is final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VOGRACE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
